According to UN Commission on Status of Women debates, the Malawi country seeks to raise its legal age of marriage from 15 to 18. The UN said that more than 140 million girl will  becoming child brides by 2020 if current rates of early marriage continue. Nine of the 10 countries with the highest rates of child marriage are in Africa. Niger has the highest rate, at 75 % followed by Chad and Central African Republic at 68 %, Guinea at 63 %, Mozambique at 56 %, Mali with 55 %, Burkina Faso and South Sudan with 52 % and Malawi at 50 %. The 10th country is Bangladesh with 66 %. Michelle Bachelet the UN Women Head has called child marriage a violation of girls' human rights as it halts education, increases health risks through early pregnancy and motherhood, and increases the chances of girls being the victims of sexual violence in the home.

The picture below show the illegal and secret marriage of two sisters Radha and Gora which both are 15 and 13 years old. This happened in the North of India. Do you think both of these little girls are happy? I don't think so. Just by looking at this picture, you know what is written over the girls faces and you know what kind of fate they received. They won't have childhood memories like most of us do. They won't go to school but they will be in the kitchen. Preparing foods for the family. Their husband and parents in law could be abusive to them. Who knows? What if they wanna go out and play around with friends like other normal kids always do? Their mother in law could scream at them, mock them, hit them, punch in the face. Do you like to see such things happen? We cannot do anything. We can only spread the stories and feel pity to them and by supporting the UNICEF organizations, etc.

The girl crying in this picture is Sarita and 15 years old. She is crying because she don't want to marry with the man she don't love. Sad. She will miss her childhood moment. She will miss the school and friends.

while the picture below show a very young bride. the girl age 7 and the boy is 11. I really feel pity to them. They suppose to enjoy their youthful days. Now their childhood days has over ;(

This picture is so disgusting. The girl are cute and pretty. Unfortunately her parents married her with an ugly old man. This is very saddening and depressing. She deserved someone more better, young and HANDSOME. alalalal so sad la this one!! I hope the girls will think some other ways to escape from this violation of humans rights. I hope they realized of what is going on. This is what happen when the stupidity of parenthood conquer it all. NEVER SELL YOUR CHILDREN EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE DESPERATE ENOUGH FOR MONEY, ALTHOUGH YOU'RE STARVING. NEVER SELL THEM. This picture is soooooooooooooooooo PATHETIC OKAY

See what happens when you sell your little girl to ugly old man!! The GIRLS MIGHT end up BEING ABUSED AND TORTURED, like in this picture below!! This Afghan girl has been tortured and abused since she lived with her husband and her parents in law. Never lose your humanity to money.

Haish crazy peoples nowadays. Willing to do anything just for money. For God's sake, please STOP all this VIOLATION AND ABUSE OF HUMAN RIGHTS. never LOSE your mind for money.

A child bride, Nujood were finally managed to escape from her husband and went to the court for divorcement. she is tired of being tortured and abused by her husband and her parents in law. you go girl!! you DO THE RIGHT THING. I wish all the child brides out there would think the same way like her. please think of your future. get your human rights back. you are a HUMAN with RIGHTS. you're FULLY RESPONSIBLE towards yourself. don't let them VIOLATE your RIGHTS. don't let them RUIN YOUR CHILDHOOD DAYS

this picture show a little girl with her baby. she looks so sad and depressed

this man is INSANE. DON'T LISTEN TO HIM. his words does not come from God. see how the devil influence you. just judge it by yourself
