Most people had experience the feelings of guilt, sadness, depression, low-self esteem and emotionally down after having a break up. It's not easy to forget the bittersweet memories and everything they have gone through together. But there are some steps on how to live happily after the break up.


1- You need to overcome the emotional break down. Tears, anger and pain are normal. Be kind to yourself. Talk about your feelings to someone you can trust and someone that is willing to listen your problems. Allow yourself to grieve till you get to the stage of acceptance. That is when you will wake up without feeling pain and sleep comfortably. Don't forget to pray and confess to God.


2- Think that you deserve someone better than her/him. Cloth yourself with a new one and strip off the old personality. Stop getting depress. Go hang out with your girlfriends/boyfriends and release all the stress. Go to karaoke, watch movie, etc.


3- Get yourself busy. If you have nothing to do you will end up thinking of the break up. Make some new hobbies and pamper yourself with home facial. Go to the gym or go jogging. Lift some weights!!


4- If you're in college and now in a semester break go get a part time job. Meet and make new friends. Create a new happy moment with them.  


5- Spend some time with your family. Forgive the past and live a new life. Prepare a dinner for your family and enjoy the happy moment with them.


6- Ignore watching sad movies and of course ignore listening to sad song too. Go get a life. Compose a song and make sarcasm throughout the song along with musical instrument like guitar or keyboard.


Never let a break up ruin your whole life. Keep praying to God.
