You don't have to consume pills or medicine to lose weight. You don't have to smoke to stay thin. And you don't have to skip your lunch. Losing weight is very easy but you have to discipline yourself and set a goal in your mind. You have to make an effort. Here are some tips for you.
1- Eat healthy balanced-diet meal : Eat three small size of meals per day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meal must be in low fat and low calories which includes apple, carrots, skinless grilled chicken, raw vegetable and fruits, white rice, fish, white bread, egg and low-fat milk. Lower fat intake especially the red meat and pork.

2- Drink plenty of water : By drinking enough water may increase your metabolism. A high metabolism can burn the fats and calories in your body.
3- Go to the Gym and Jogging : Lift some weights and the fats would end up as muscles. This require a big effort, willingness and motivation. If you're too lazy to go to the gym, you can go jogging around your house, do some exercise and go ride the bicycle.
4- Swimming : Go swimming very often with your friends. Swimming can help to slim up your body and improve your physical shape.
