"I am sick and tired of being soooooo skinny. I am 23 and my weight is 45-47 kg. IT IS underweight. I am also tired with people that cannot stop complaining about my body. It's difficult to gain weight." -  I know you would feel exactly the same like her. Now take a deep breathe and let it all go. It's time for a change. Here's the tips to gain weight faster:

Set a goal in your mind. After that implement the action plan.


1- The first thing you have to do is to EAT MORE FOOD. But not by eating a lot of junk food as it is not healthy. The junk food contained unsaturated fats which is unhealthy. Eat more by consuming high calories food. The calories can be obtain from oily fish, eggs, oats, red meats, nuts, whole grains bread, potatoes, dark chocolate, milk/soy milk, fruit juices, smoothie and milk shakes.




2- Consume healthy fat such as OMEGA-3 which is essential fatty acids sources like tuna, salmon and sardines.


3- Take five or six smaller balanced meals per day rather than eating three larger meals. Includes fruit and vegetable in your small meal.



4- DO EXERCISE. Go to the gym or just go jogging around your house. It helps to build up the muscle. Lifting weights also helps to increase the muscle.




the food pyramid below could be helpful for you. everybody knows it's not easy to practice this healthy balance diet lifestyle. however, with efforts, nothing is impossible. you wouldn't know if you never try :)
